• Hoch Auto Detailing's satisfaction guarantee is only valid for up to 4 hours of work for a single service appointment. 

• This satisfaction guarantee applies only to what is listed in the description of the service. Click here to see whats included in each service

• In order for this guarantee to be valid, customers or appointed designee must be on the premises once the detail is completed to perform a satisfaction walkaround with the detailer. 

• Detailers will not leave until the satisfaction walkthrough is completed, invoice is signed, and you as the customer are satisfied.

• Detailers cannot come back to fix anything that wasn't identified during the satisfaction walkthrough. 

• Hoch Auto Detailing cannot guarantee the removal of any/all stains.
